Once onboard their staff ask the passengers to make contact with their head waiter on the first day before the saiaway dinner. The head waiters are fully conversed with what is available on the ship. The Chef will cater with a modified menu of the day that is reflecting the food items from the regular passenger menu.

Of course, the passengers are allowed to bring their own snack items such as cookies, bisquits, etc with on board.
